If you’ve been following our socials recently, you already know: something big is happening! Skin Cupid is thrilled to announce our first-ever offline activation: a holiday pop-up in the heart of London, where you’ll be able to shop your favourite K-beauty skincare and makeup in person, and get to test out products in a fun, welcoming environment. This marks the culmination of an exciting year for us, following our rebrand in October and our US launch in November, and we’d love for you to come celebrate with us – after all, we couldn’t have done any of this without our Cherubs!

Not only will you get to see our new brand in person, you’ll get to meet Team Cupid, too! Our full-time staff will all be working at the pop up, helping you out with our K-beauty knowledge and advice – whether you’ve just started your skincare journey, or you’ve been 10-stepping for years. 

If you live outside of London and are wondering whether to make the journey to come see us – or, hey, even if you’re outside of zone 2 in this weather – we’ve compiled all your need-to-know information about our pop up below,  

Let’s Start with Logistics – Where? When?

📍 Location: Find us at The Outernet, Pop-Up One, Charing Cross Road, WC2H 8LH, just steps away from the bustling Tottenham Court Road station. If you’re having trouble locating us, look out for our neighbor, Buns From Home – you’ll probably be able to smell their delicious pastries before you see them!

📅 Dates: We’re open from December 7 to December 22.

🕰️ Opening Hours:

• Weekdays: 11 am–8 pm
• Weekends: 10 am–8 pm

Please note there might be a few exceptions to these times – stay updated via our Instagram @skincupid.official for the latest info.

💡 Entry: No reservations needed! Feel free to drop in whenever you’re nearby. During busy periods, you might need to queue, but we’ll make the wait worth it with chats and goodies.

What’s the Store Like?

We’ve transformed the space into a cosy haven that feels just like being home for the holidays! Collaborating with Brixton-based design agency The Manual. we’re so happy with the way we’ve brought our new digital brand to life in a physical location.  

🌟 You can expect:

• Big AV screens featuring original art by our amazing designer, Hannah – think fireplaces, cats, and armchairs – all rendered in Skin Cupid’s signature pink, of course.
• Soft pink cabinets and cloud mirrors for an angelic touch.
• A photo wall showcasing Polaroids of our daily "Golden Ball" winners (more on that later!)
• Hands-on areas where you can test serums, sunscreens, and other skincare essentials.

Even though you’re in bustling central London, we want you to feel relaxed and at home!

We’ve curated a lineup of viral K-beauty favourites alongside exciting new finds that we think you’ll love as much as we do! At our store, you’ll find:

• ANUA: One of Korea’s favourite skincare brands, we’re bringing you all their most iconic products, including the Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil, Niacinamide 10% + TXA Serum, and the Heartleaf Quercetinol Pore Deep Cleansing Foam. 
• TIRTIR: Make a beeline for the central podium in the store where we have a huge range of TIRTIR’s iconic cushion foundation shades – this is the ideal time to find your perfect colour match! 
• MOLVANY: Luxe skincare that marries unique, natural ingredients with advanced technology, perfect for acne-prone skin - visitors so far are loving the Artichoke Soothing Acne Pore Toner Pad!
• ZEROID: This new-in, derm-approved brand uses soothing formulas enhanced with MLE technology that mimics the structure of the skin barrier to strengthen skin and keep it healthy! Especially good for sensitive skin or anyone struggling with the winter cold. 
• BEAUTY OF JOSEON: Every K-beauty enthusiast knows how good this brand’s sunscreen is, but they’ve got so much more to offer – explore their range of hanbang serums and more in store!
• ETUDE: One of the most iconic K-beauty brands, we’ve got a whole range of ETUDE products in stock, including goodies from their sensitive-skin-friendly Sungjoon line. 
• DASIQUE: High-quality but playful makeup, we love DASIQUE so much we’ve dedicated an entire testing area to the brand at the back of the store!
• NACIFIC: You’ve probably heard great things about NACIFIC’s Fresh Herb Origin Serum, but it’s currently their sheet masks that are flying off the shelves at our store – come and get yours before they sell out!

🎁 Gachapon (Gumball) Machine:

• You won’t miss our eye-catching gumball machine when you step in the store! This one is a little more exciting than your regular candy dispenser – we’re offering up K-beauty instead. All you have to do to play is buy something at the pop-up and show your shopping bag or receipt to the Skin Cupid staff member at the gumball machine. (If the item you wanted to buy is out of stock in store, don’t worry - you can place your order online and show us the order confirmation to play, too!)

White balls receive a free mini product, pink balls receive a free full-sized product, and our lucky golden ball winner of the day receives an extra-special large prize (think MEDICUBE devices, TIRTIR and ANUA advent calendars, and ABIB sets!)

📱 Social Media Perks: Post about your visit to the pop-up on Instagram or TikTok and show us in-store to receive a free sheet mask!

🍩 Collab Alert: We’ve teamed up with our neighbour Buns From Home to create the Skin Cupid Custard Bun – a pink custard delight laced with Madagascar vanilla and topped with edible gold glitter, this limited edition bun available until Saturday 14 December.
