How It Works
Monthly subscription
Your box will be sent on the last day of each month. You will be charged on the 1st of each month
Bi-Monthly subscription
Your box will be sent on the last day of every other month, starting from the month in which you subscribed. You will be charged every 2 months, on the 1st of the month in which your box is due.
Shipping
Your beauty box will be sent on the last day of each month. Here are the shipping fees:
UK - £3.99 shipping fee (Royal Mail 2nd Class)
Europe - £6.99 shipping fee
Rest of the World - £12.99 shipping fee
Gifting
If you want to gift someone else one of your monthly/bi-monthly subscription boxes, please email us at least 24 hours before it will be shipped (last day of each month) with the address and name of the person you want to gift.
Which Subscription Box will I get if I subscribe today?
You will get the box of the month of you signed up, as long as it is before 11:59 UK Time on the last day of that month.
This is my second box and this time I can't say I'm happy with the product Rohto lotion with vitamin C has alcohol denat in the composition, so for me it's suitable for the trash, toner pad abib contains microplastic. If someone doesn't pay attention to the composition, it's ok but I definitely won't use it on my face.
I've received the Asian Beauty Box subscription 3 times now and I absolutely love them. The products have been amazing to try and the packaging is lovely. I would recommend giving this box a try to anybody. It feels like such great value for money. Thanks Skin Cupid :) x
I decided to give this box a try because I wanted to explore some different skincare products, and I'm extremely glad I did. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skincupid.co.uk and we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be covering the return shipping cost.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
