I looked at a lot of reviews before buying some positive and some negative . My honest opinion is base on a double cleanse, toner, serum and moisturiser routine. The Numbuzin feels like a gentle and super moisturisering toner . Mild scent and I can tell it's very nutrient packed. I absolutely love this product and I have using this 2 weeks now , just for reference I'm 41, acne scars,open pores , dark circles and lost of elasticity and collagen skin . With 2 weeks of using my skin routine, pores are smaller and skin looks bouncy and even skin tone . Avoiding retinol for fertility reason , so here is my routine, purito oil cleanser, salicylic acid cleanser , Numbuzin toner, Anua toner, CosRX peptide radiant serum, isntree hyaluronic acid , centella ampoule from skin1004,r purito bakkuchiol serum, round lab dokdo cream and Mary and may peptide complext . Obviously not using all at once but alternating on different days . I have oil to combination skin . In summary korean skincare has completely transformed my age and tired skin. I highly recommend Numbuzin 3 toner base on my skin concerns and my oily combination skin type. Consistency is key
