How to use LAKA Stain Lip Liner #05 Velvet Hour

Apply this liner to freshly prepped lips for a precise, lasting definition that holds all day.

1. Start at the cupid's bow and trace along the upper lip line, using light, short strokes for the most controlled application.
2. Line the lower lip, following your natural lip shape or slightly outside it to create the appearance of fuller lips.
3. Blend inward with a fingertip or lip brush to soften the line and create a seamless base for your lip colour.
4. Apply your lip colour of choice on top, or wear the liner alone blended out as a full lip look.
5. Reapply to the outer line as needed to refresh definition throughout the day.
