1. The Promoter

1.1  The promoter of this prize draw (the "Promotion") is Skin Cupid Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 13372541, registered office 2nd Floor Midas House, 62 Goldsworth Road, Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom, GU21 6LQ ("Skin Cupid", "we", "us").

1.2  The prize is provided in partnership with the Korea Tourism Organization ("KTO") and is arranged, booked and supplied by InsideAsia Tours, a trading name of Inside Travel Group Limited, company number 04094031, a UK company ("InsideAsia"). Skin Cupid administers the draw and selects the winner only. Skin Cupid is not a travel agent, tour operator or travel provider and does not book, sell or supply any element of the trip.

2. Who can enter

2.1  Open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over at the date of entry.

2.2  Employees and agents of Skin Cupid, KTO and InsideAsia, any company connected with the production or distribution of this Promotion, and their relatives or members of their immediate family or household, are not eligible.

2.3  Proof of eligibility, including proof of age, identity and UK residence, must be provided on request. We may withhold the prize until it is provided.

2.4  The winner and their guest must each hold, or be able to obtain at their own cost, a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return travel date, and must meet all entry requirements for the Republic of Korea and any transit country, including a K-ETA travel authorisation where applicable. Obtaining valid travel documents, any necessary visas and adequate travel insurance is the winner's sole responsibility, as is compliance with any health or other government requirements. Neither Skin Cupid nor InsideAsia accepts responsibility if the winner or guest is unable to travel because of insufficient documentation.

2.5  The winner and their guest must each be aged 18 or over, both at the date of entry and at the date of travel. The prize cannot be taken by anyone under 18 in any circumstances.

3. How to enter

3.1  Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary. Enter by submitting your details at https://www.skincupid.co.uk/pages/win-a-jeju-island-holiday, by completing the online entry form. 

3.2  One entry per person. Bulk entries, automated entries, and entries submitted by agents or third parties will not be accepted.

3.3  The Promotion opens at 08:00 on 28 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 September 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

3.4  Entries are deemed received when recorded on our systems. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received.

3.5  All personal information provided on entry must be correct. We accept no responsibility for any incorrect information supplied to us, including where it prevents us contacting the winner.

4. The prize

4.1  There is one prize: a seven night holiday to South Korea for the winner and one guest, comprising:

• Return economy flights for two from London Heathrow to Seoul (Incheon). The airline and baggage allowance will be confirmed at the time of booking.

• Return domestic flights for two between Seoul and Jeju.

• Seven nights' accommodation rated three-star or above, being four nights in Seoul and three nights on Jeju, for two people sharing one twin or double room throughout.

• Private airport transfers between Incheon airport and central Seoul.

• A full day, K-beauty inspired private tour for two in Seoul, including all transport on the day, any entrance fees and lunch.

• A full day of private guiding on Jeju, by private car, taking in some of the island's key sights, with pick up and drop off at your hotel, and lunch included.

• A T-money card for use on the Seoul subway.

• Breakfast on every day of the trip.

4.2  All accommodation is rated three star or above and is subject to availability. Your hotels will be confirmed once the winner is announced and travel dates are agreed.

4.3  Travel is subject to availability. Dates must be agreed in advance with InsideAsia and cannot be changed once booked.

4.4  The trip must be taken between 1 November 2026 and 31 December 2027, and must be booked at least three months before the date of travel. The latest date on which the trip can be booked is therefore 30 September 2027.

4.5  The trip cannot be taken on/and between the following dates:

• 1 to 5 May 2027

• 14 to 30 June 2027

• 29 July to 10 August 2027

• 14 to 16 September 2027

4.6  You must agree your travel dates with InsideAsia in time to meet the three-month booking requirement. If you do not agree travel dates in time for the trip to be booked by 30 September 2027 and taken by 31 December 2027, the prize will be forfeited and no alternative or cash sum will be provided.

4.7  Because the trip is booked around the winner's own availability, the prize will be taken more than 30 days after the closing date. The winner will be contacted to begin booking within the period set out at clause 6.2.

5. What is not included

5.1  Except as expressly set out at clause 4.1, the prize does not include any travel, transport, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other cost of a personal nature. Neither Skin Cupid nor any provider of any part of the prize is responsible for such costs. In particular, the following are the responsibility of the winner and their guest, at their own cost:

• Travel insurance, which is mandatory and must be arranged before travel.

• Passport fees, visas, K-ETA authorisation and any vaccinations.

• All travel to and from London Heathrow, including transfers, parking and any onward travel within the UK. International flights depart from London Heathrow only, and no alternative UK departure airport is available.

• All lunches other than those on the two guided days, and all evening meals.

• Any baggage charges, including excess or additional baggage beyond the airline's included allowance.

• Local transport other than the transfers, domestic flights as described above.

• Any additional experiences, activities or excursions beyond those stated, including anything arranged on free days.

• Any costs arising from changes made after your trip is booked, including changing the name of your guest or amending any booking.

• Any additional travel costs incurred during the trip, spending money, and all other personal expenses.

6. Choosing and contacting the winner

6.1  There will be one winner, selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date. The draw will be conducted using a computerised process that produces a verifiably random result, or under the supervision of an independent person.

6.2  We will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner using the details supplied at entry, and will notify them by email within 7 days of the draw. The winner must confirm acceptance within 7 days of the date that notification is sent. We are not responsible if a winner supplies incorrect contact details.

6.3  If the winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility criteria or declines the prize, they forfeit any right to claim it and we may select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries. A winner who forfeits is not entitled to any share of the prize.

6.4  If the winner is unable to take up the prize for any reason, including health or personal reasons, we may award it to an alternative winner selected at random. Neither Skin Cupid nor InsideAsia accepts responsibility if a winner is unable to accept the prize.

6.5  Before the prize is released, the winner must complete and return our winner acceptance form confirming their eligibility and their acceptance of these terms.

6.6  Once the winner has accepted, we will pass their name and contact details to KTO and InsideAsia so that the trip can be arranged. From that point the winner will deal directly with InsideAsia on all aspects of booking and travel.

6.7  The winner's first name and county will be available for 6 weeks after the closing date on written request to hello@skincupid.co.uk.

7. Changes to the prize

7.1  The prize is subject to availability. We reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion, to substitute the prize or any element of it with an alternative of equal value where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary. This includes substituting airlines, routes, hotels, accommodation providers, guides or the content of any guided day.

7.2  Where a material element of the prize cannot be provided, a reasonable equivalent will be provided instead. Our total liability in connection with the prize will not in any circumstances exceed the value of the prize as agreed between us and the prize provider.

7.3  No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

7.4  There is no cash alternative to the prize.

8. Cancellation or suspension of the Promotion

8.1  In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster, epidemic or pandemic, severe weather, industrial action, government action, travel restrictions, advice against travel to the Republic of Korea issued by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, supplier or airline insolvency, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control that prevents the Promotion or the prize being delivered, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

8.2  We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion should any virus, bug, tampering, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond our reasonable control corrupt or hinder the administration, security or proper conduct of the Promotion.

8.3  Where we cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion or these terms, we will tell entrants by email and by updating [landing page URL], and we will not make any change that would reasonably have influenced entrants against entering.

8.4  We may add to or waive any of these terms on reasonable notice, provided the change would not reasonably have influenced entrants against entering.

9. Forfeiting the prize

9.1  The prize, and any unused part of it, is non-transferable, non-refundable, may not be re-sold and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash. Flight tickets in particular are non-transferable and non-refundable.

9.2  Once booked, travel dates cannot be changed or cancelled. If the winner is unable to travel on the booked dates for any reason, the prize is forfeited and no alternative or cash sum will be provided.

9.3  The prize must be taken as set out in these terms, and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

9.4  The prize will be forfeited without compensation if the winner or their guest: is refused carriage or entry to the Republic of Korea or any transit country; does not hold valid travel documents or travel insurance; fails to attend at the required time; or behaves in a way that is unlawful or abusive, or that any carrier, hotel or guide reasonably considers to warrant removal.

10. Liability

10.1  All travel, accommodation, transfers and guided experiences forming part of the prize are provided by InsideAsia and its suppliers. The winner's and guest's contract for those services is with InsideAsia, under InsideAsia's own booking conditions, available at www.insideasiatours.com/terms-and-conditions, which will also be provided to the winner directly. Skin Cupid is not a party to those arrangements.

10.2  InsideAsia is the tour operator responsible for the winner and guest during travel. If anything goes wrong before, during or after the trip, the winner should contact InsideAsia directly. Skin Cupid is not responsible for the acts or omissions of KTO, InsideAsia, or any airline, hotel, guide or other supplier, or for any delay, disruption, cancellation or change to travel arrangements.

10.3  To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 10.6, we exclude all warranties, representations and liabilities, whether express or implied, relating to this Promotion or the prize, including any liability for loss, damage, injury or disappointment arising from participation in the Promotion or from taking up the prize.

10.4  It is the winner's responsibility to enquire about local issues and conditions at the destinations before travel.

10.5  Compliance with any health or other government requirement is the responsibility of the winner.

10.6  Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Your data

11.1  We process the personal data you give us on entry in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy at https://www.skincupid.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy.

11.2  We use entry data to run this Promotion on the basis of our legitimate interests. Where you have separately consented, we will also send you marketing emails, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

11.3  If you win, we will share your name and contact details with KTO, which is based in the Republic of Korea, and with InsideAsia, which is based in the United Kingdom, solely so that your trip can be arranged. They will each hold that data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies, and each shall maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures in compliance with applicable data protection law.

11.4  We do not share the personal data of entrants other than the winner with KTO or InsideAsia, except where you have separately opted in to receive marketing from them.

12. Publicity

12.1  The winner agrees to provide reasonable cooperation to allow us to use their first name and county, and with their separate consent their photograph and likeness, for advertising and publicity in connection with this Promotion, including on our website and social channels, at no fee. The winner may decline photographic publicity on request.

13. General

13.1  Entering the Promotion means you accept and are bound by these terms.

13.2  Our determination and decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

13.3  We reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion, to disqualify any entrant or claimant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms or the intention of the Promotion, and to declare void any or all of their entries or claims.

13.4  We reserve the right to declare void any entries or claims resulting from any printing, production, distribution or technical error, including any error on our website or in any printed material, or where there has been an error in the preparation or conduct of the Promotion that materially affects its result or the number or value of claims.

13.5  If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, that part shall be severed and the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

13.6  These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts and residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in the Northern Irish courts.

13.7  This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta or any other social platform.
