The TIRTIR Tree Clear Ampoule Mask helps to calm irritation and soothe redness while deeply hydrating the skin. It features the innovative Tea Tree Core Complex, which is composed of three different tea tree-based ingredients, along with five types of herbs, to enhance skin moisture levels and provide special care for delicate skin. Tea tree is also known to have anti-bacterial benefits which helps with blemish-prone skin. This low-pH formula also incorporates a sebum control complex derived from plant-based extracts to regulate the skin's natural oil production.  

These sheet masks are vegan, and generously soaked with 300ml of serum. The product has undergone rigorous hypoallergenic testing and is suitable for all skin types, especially those dealing with acne, redness, and sensitive skin.

How To Use

1. Use after cleansing and toning

2. Carefully remove the mask from the pack using the built-in tweezers and place it onto clean skin

3. Wear for up to 20 minutes, pat excess essence into the skin to aid absorption

General Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skincupid.co.uk and we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be covering the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
