Designed to provide intensive calming effects to damaged, irritated skin, the SOME BY MI Real Cica Calming Care Mask relieves inflammation and helps to strengthen weakened skin barriers. With nutrient-rich Centella Asiatica Extract, the mask deeply hydrates and soothes the skin, alleviating sensitivity, acne, and blemishes. It also contains anti-inflammatory Madecassoside, which aids in repairing the skin by promoting collagen synthesis, facilitating skin regeneration. The soothing and moisturising benefits are further enhanced by the inclusion of Allantoin.

The product features a soft and thin sheet made from 100% plant-based cellulose with tiny holes that allow it to be filled with essence, effectively delivering the skincare benefits of active ingredients to the skin.

The product has undergone irritation testing and is free from 20 harmful chemicals. It is suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive and acne-prone skin.

How To Use

General Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skincupid.co.uk and we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be covering the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
