Formulated with two types of exfoliants, AHA and BHA, this mask targets the skin's surface and penetrates deep into the pores, removing dead skin cells and excess oil, and helping prevent future acne breakouts. Enhanced with Evening Primrose Extract, the mask soothes irritation and strengthens the skin barrier for healthier, more resilient skin.

The mask is crafted from bamboo-derived cellulose fabric, designed using the brand's special method to adhere perfectly to the skin and deliver the essence effectively. Micro holes in the sheet work to hold moisture, keeping your skin hydrated.

The product has a subtle lavender scent derived from natural ingredients that helps to calm and relax the skin. It is suitable for all skin types, especially for those with combination to oily skin or those prone to acne.

How To Use

  1. Use after cleansing and toning.

  2. Carefully remove the mask from the package and place it onto clean skin.

General Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skincupid.co.uk and we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be covering the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
